Our experience

A former Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Close Brothers Invoice Finance and COO of Close Brothers Retail Finance, Rob Harris has developed systems and designed and implemented operating strategies across a range of markets.

Whether for established businesses in need of modernisation and re-organisation or start-ups requiring initial trading capacity, he has built market-leading and market-changing products in a career which also includes time at RBS Invoice Finance and GE Capital.

Alex Hilton-Baird, meanwhile, has seen the world through the lens of the customer, having established Hilton-Baird Financial Solutions – one of the UK’s most respected commercial finance brokers – in 1997.

Going on to build the wider Hilton-Baird Group, which additionally provides outsourced risk management and debt collection services to the UK and European asset based lending, equity and insolvency markets, Alex is viewed as an expert throughout the financial services industry.
