Extensive experience & expertise
Tansy has more than 20 years’ experience within the Invoice and Trade Finance industry, gained from past positions in leadership, operations, risk and relationship management at Bibby Financial Services, Time Finance and Metro Bank. Having designed and implemented change programmes and improved existing processes in these roles, Tansy has vast experience of helping lenders to innovate and become more efficient through focused strategies.
Alex, meanwhile, has seen the world through the lens of the customer, having established Hilton-Baird Financial Solutions – one of the UK’s most respected commercial finance brokers – in 1997, before going on to build the wider Hilton-Baird Group, which additionally provides outsourced risk management and credit management services to the UK and European Asset Based Lending, Equity and Insolvency markets. Alex is very much viewed as an expert throughout the financial services industry.
Established in 2017, we’ve already completed a number of significant projects on behalf of some well established names, including Barclays, RBS Invoice Finance, Metro Bank PLC, PNC Business Credit, Danske Bank, Santander, Close Brothers Invoice Finance, Investec and eCapital Commercial Finance.
